Using the Website
By using or/and visiting Weddingoutlet.co.nz (here on referred to as “the site”, “website”, “us” or “we”) and any connected functionalities and services, the user agrees to abide by the subsequent terms and conditions and/or agreement.
Weddingoulet.co.nz holds the right to alter this agreement at any time at our sole prudence. The user is predictable to check the terms and conditions from time to time, and especially at the time of using the services of the website.
Price and Payment Terms
The prices at WeddingOutlet.co.nz are focus to change at any time. The user pays the amount mentioned at the time of sale. All prices, including delivery charges, are listed in New Zealand dollars and taxes are already included in the price.
Payment for products has to be made at the time of ordering, and must be paid in full. The user is requisite to read the payments section of the website cautiously, before placing an order.
In the event that payment is discarded by the bank, or the credit card or cheque is declined, the order stands cancelled, and we will not hold the goods against the order placed by you.
Age of Consent
The user must be 18 years of age and older to place an order at Weddingoutlet.co.nz.
In the event of any loss or damage suffered by us, as an outcome of a transaction with a minor, the website holds the right to claim damages from and/or take reimbursement from the parents or guardians of the minor in question.
Information is collected at the time of registration directly from the customer and for the purpose of the purchase only, and the information may include name, email address, contact number and postal address.
All online payments are accepted out through secure gateways, such as PayPal, and no credit card or other financial information is stored by Weddingoutlet.co.nz. The user may request us to take away their personal information from our databases via email or through the Contact Us section on the website.
Under the terms of this accord, the website will deliver the product as shown on the site only upon confirmation of the order. The user should understand that the site endeavors to meet all the stated dispatch time frames and delivery time frames, we do not, however, undertake responsibility for any external delay. Options and details of delivery are available on the website and the user is expected to read them.
At the WeddingOutlet we understand that your wedding day is probably the biggest event of your life. We want our brides to look breathtaking on their big day and 100% happy with our products and services.
All pieces of our clothing are made to order, in the event that you ordered a standard size (eg. wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, suit or ties) and if for any reason you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size etc. you can return it back to us within 7 days and we will offer you an exchange for a different size, style or another product equivalent to the same price. Purchaser pays for the return postage.
Our standard delivery times is 8-10 weeks for us to remake another garment for you , so if you need the garment urgently you will need to pay for the express costs. The item that you are returning can’t be worn outside the house, perfumed, spoiled, stained or give hints it’s already been worn for the occasion.
All items that we deliver are sent by registered post with tracking numbers. As a reassurance to buyers we use Paypal as our credit card facilitator. Paypal has a buyer protection policy which you can read more about from here:
The address for returning goods is in Hong Kong. If you requested us to custom make the garment for you, eg. If you gave us measurements for your body. Then, if you simply change your mind, we don’t accept exchanges/refunds on this because we made it tailored to your body shape. If the garment doesn’t fit you, we would recommend you taking it to a tailor for minor adjustments. If you believe it was made incorrectly to your measurement, please take a photo of your garment to show us the measurements as proof. Then we can exchange and remake/alter it for you. Please allow around 2 to 3 months if you require us to remake/alter the garment for you. We will pay for your postage sent back to us.
We don’t offer refunds on just a change of heart. All our pieces of clothing are made to order and require workmanship and fabric costs. So we don’t offer refunds on the grounds that the client changed their opinions about the item, however we do accept exchanging the item (on the grounds that you requested a standard size).
In the event that the item you need to change is a higher value, the purchaser pays for the difference for the higher valued item. Eg.In the event that you bought a dress that is $299.95 and need to exchange it for the $599.95 dress, you will need to pay for the $300 difference.
Please measure accurately when submitting measurements for custom making. We are not liable if you send us incorrect measurements which lead to the item not fitting. All other non-garment items are available for exchanges. You will need to send the items back to us and we can exchange it for you. Purchaser pays for return postage.
The user shall cover or keep indemnified the directors, officers, agents and employees at Weddingoutlet.co.nz against and from any loss, this includes any reasonable legal fixed cost and costs on the basis of full indemnity, or against any liability that has been suffered or incurred by the user or by us, having arisen due to any claim, suit, proceeding, action or demand made by any person against the user or the site where a loss or liability such as this arose out of in respect or in connection with the user’s conduct or a breach of the agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Weddingoutlet.co.nz accepts no liability with relation to the products supplied except if and to the extent that is required by law under this agreement. Where Weddingoutlet.co.nz is liable, its liability is limited to providing of the minimum remedies that are required by law.
The site accepts no liability for damage or loss, direct or indirect, for any omission, act and/or default, be it negligent or otherwise for any third party or provider. In the event that the site’s liability cannot be excluded, it is inadequate to the value of the goods purchased.
